When i change monitor the display does not appear it shows resolution screen. what is the soltion.

I guess, with old monitor being with higher resolution, you might have set 1024x768 resolution. When you changed your monitor, it doesn't support that resolution.

Now what you can do is to put old monitor back, lower the resolution and then try second monitor. If your problem is not solved, please provide monitor specifications.
