UPDATE:

Finally, I received SuSE Studio invitation thanks to Stephen #descriptor

I have created a sample custom spin of SuSE.
Now,
1) We need to finalize packages to include in it.
2) Logo and wallpapers to be show up on Grub, Boot splash screen, Login screen.
(Should we keep same theme of wallpaper throughout OS boot process? )
3) We can edit and reverse engineer this custom image after download.
4) We can have demo in Novell's cloud to finalize.

I suggest using squashfs for this year's distro if squashfs doesn't degrades system performance
coz most of us suffers lack of disk space for storing unimportant media related files
(squashfs compresses files & is also good for embedded systems where low overhead is needed)
