IEEE papers are *heavy* stuff, if your mind cannot process it try biting at something smaller.
( i am not saying this to insult you, but helping you by making you take a reality check) you may find people who do stuff like this but mostly they would be developers who would have little time to solve your queries, and i know that you will have many of them.
memory management is something that will require to be very through in both asm and algorithms , both difficult things in their own right.
having said all that : i would also like to point out that new things were done by asking questions that nobody (am not ref'ing to me!
) would answer, and dont sell yourself short ( dont underestimate yourself )
i think you need to give more thought about what you are good at and start thinking about your project in that feild..
if you want people to help you, you need to start asking correct questions like what level this project is going to be ( final year of what ? BE, ME MCA ? ) and the link to the paper itself and so on...
